The contents of the organic veg box this weekend:
1 onion
2 carrots
small potatoes
4 courgettes (zucchini)
cooked beetroot
curly lettuce
2 bananas
3 oranges
1 pear
It's delivered every Friday and it's different each week. My challenge is to figure out how to use it all each week.

Organic veg box??? How does that work???
Our milkman delivers this box of vegetables every Friday. The contents vary based on what is fresh. It's good because it's organic and local.
